courtesy of Allen - brewed using spelt; hazy blond colour showing a long lasting white foam; aroma of peanuts and almonds with a touch of orange; medium-bodied and with a quite low carbonation; sweet with a light tartness; the finish shows quite lot of residual sugars and short notes of almonds; almost no bitterness
